Историко-психологические аспекты законотворчества в Беларуси

Abstract

Рассматриваются научные основы психологии законотворчества в Беларуси – история становления и проблемы ее развития (в период с IX в. до современности, особое внимание уделено эпохам Возрождения и Просвещения). Раскрывается современный период развития белорусской парламентской истории, начинающийся с 1994 г., который характеризуется становлением и развитием законодательной ветви власти. Описывается историко-методологический экскурс в сущность проблемы психологии законотворчества, показывается ее глобальность и многогранность. = This article considers the scientific basis of lawmaking psychology in Belarus – history of formation and problems of its development (from the IX century to the present, the special attention is paid to the Renaissance and the Enlightenment).There is a description of the modern period of development of the Belarusian parliamentary history since 1994. This period is characterized by the formation and development of the legislative branch of the government. Historical and methodological digression into the essence of the problem of lawmaking psychology is described. The article shows the globality and many-sided nature of this problem.
