Нормативное закрепление противодействия экстремизму на белорусских землях: ретроспективный анализ

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема экстремизма на фоне активизации экстремистских организаций, движений и группировок. Акцентируется внимание на актуальности изучаемого вопроса. В рамках темы обосновывается необходимость ретроспективного анализа законодательных актов и действий правоохранительных органов. Анализируется развитие законодательства в данном ключе до обретения независимости Республикой Беларусь в 1991 г. = The problem of extremism is considered against the background of the activation of extremist organizations, movements and groups. Attention is focused on the relevance of the issue under study. Within the framework of the topic, the need for a retrospective analysis of legislative acts and actions of law enforcement agencies within the framework of the topic is justieied. The article analyzes the development of legislation in this regard before the independence of the Republic of Belarus in 1991.
