Предмет и теоретическая конструкция философии права

Abstract

Рассматривается предмет философии права, анализируются главные структурные элементы теоретической конструкции современной философии права: онтология, гносеология, антропология и аксиология права в контексте естественноправового, легистского, либертарно-юридического и социологического типов правопонимания. = In the article the subject of legal philosophy is considered, the main structural elements of theoretical construction of modern legal philosophy are analyzed: ontology, gnosiology, anthropology and axiology of the law in a context of natural-legal, legistic, libertarian-legal and sociological types of law understanding, the need of incorporation into theoretical construction of law of valuable principles will promote the formation of the humane legislation.
