Этапы становления правого статуса этнических меньшинств в белорусских губерниях Российской империи в XVIII – первой половине XIX в.

Abstract

Рассматривается формирование правового статуса этнических меньшинств в белорусских губерниях в дореволюционной юридической литературе и законодательстве Российской империи XVII – начале XIX вв. = The paper studies the formation of the legal position in the Belarusian provinces of ethnic minorities in the prerevolutionary legal literature and legislation of the Russian Empire early XVII–XIX centuries. Currently in historiography the attention of researchers is increasingly attracting such a topic as a national policy of the Russian Empire in the XIX – early XX centuries. In the process of harmonization of legislation on the outskirts of the empire the government sought to eliminate especially in the management of non-Russian population. In an article on the example of Belarusian provinces the process of formation and implementation of the legal status of ethnic minorities.
