Abstract

Рассматривается и анализируется история становления и развития системы органов государственного управления царской России, СССР, БССР и Республики Беларусь. Обосновывается динамичность данной системы, изменения, проходившие в соответствии с общими задачами и закономерностями развития общества и государства. = The analysis of formation and development of the system of government of Tsarist Russia, the USSR, the Byelorussian SSR and the Republic of Belarus is made. It is determined that this system is the most dynamic of all the state bodies. It has been changing in accordance with the general objectives and the laws of development of the society and the state.
