Abstract

Рассматриваются основные положения научного творчества А.Ю. Шумилова, его многотомной монографии, посвященной оперативно-разыскной науке в Российской Федерации, сыскологии в широком и узком смыслах слова. Анализируются подходы к указанной проблеме в Беларуси, возможности и особенности становления и развития идей А.Ю. Шумилова в Академии МВД. = The article discusses the main provisions of the scientific work of A.Y. Shumilov, his multi-volume monograph devoted to detective science in the Russian Federation, the science investigation in the broad and narrow senses. The approaches to this problem in Belarus are analyzed, as well as the opportunities and features of formation and development of the ideas of A.Y. Shumilov at the Academy of MIA.
