Содержание основных категорий института субъектов и участников оперативно-розыскной деятельности

Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость более глубокого понимания института субъектов и участников ОРД, развитие которых связано с определением лиц, участвующих в рассматриваемой деятельности, их систематизированном описании, выраженно структурно-функциональной формой. Предлагается введение в научный оборот новых категорий, установление единых терминологических понятий в формировании оперативно-розыскного языка для всех лиц, осуществляющих ОРД. = The necessity of a deeper understanding of the institution of subjects and participants of the detective activity whose development is connected with the definition of persons participating in this activity under consideration in their systematic description, expressed by the structural and functional form is justified. It proposes the introduction of new categories into the scientific circulation, the establishment of uniform terminological concepts in the formation of the detective language for all persons performing an detective activity.
