Психологический аспект укрепления служебной дисциплины сотрудников органов внутренних дел

Abstract

Рассматривается проблема укрепления служебной дисциплины сотрудников ОВД в психологическом плане. Исследуются сферы дисциплины, внутренние и внешние причины ее нарушений. Раскрывается сущность личной дисциплинированности; определяются психолого-педагогические задачи по ее формированию. Акцентируется внимание на правильном формировании дисциплинирующих убеждений, идеалов Я-образа сотрудника, необходимых убеждений-ожиданий. Предлагаются рекомендации по использованию информационных и оценочных влияний, стимулирующих воздействий, обеспечению эмоциональной, этической и эстетической сторон в формировании дисциплинированности сотрудников, реализации формирующей стратегии: от устрашающего принуждения к самодисциплине личного достоинства. = Considers the psychological side of the problem of raising of discipline standards of law enforcement officers. Spheres of discipline, internal and external causes of breaking of its rules are singled out. The essence of self-discipline is disclosed through the psychological structure of its components, understanding of which determines the psychologicalpedagogical tasks of its formation. Attention is drawn to the correct formation of disciplining beliefs, ideals of the selfimage of an officer, required beliefs-expectations. The author gives recommendations on the use of informational and estimating as well as stimulatory influences, providing of emotional, ethical and aesthetic aspects in discipline formation of the staff, implementing of formative strategy: from deterrent compulsion to self-discipline of personal dignity.
