dc.description.abstractИсследуются различные подходы к структуре правовой нормы с точки зрения деонтической логики. Анализируются двухэлементный и трехэлементный подходы к структуре правовой нормы на примере норм охранительного права. Акцентируется внимание на специфике структурных элементов норм международного права. Рассматривается антрополого-правовой подход к структуре правовой нормы. = The article examines different approaches to the structure of the legal norm from the point of view of deontic logic. The analysis of the two-element and three-element approach to the structure of the legal norm on the example of the rules of protective law is given. Attention is drawn to the specifics of the structural elements of international law. The anthropological and legal approach to the structure of the legal norm is analyzed.en_US
