О терминологии (наименованиях) в теории и практике противодействия преступности

Abstract

Обосновывается необходимость нового названия интегрированного курса и научно-педагогической школы. Рассматриваются варианты: «Юриспруденция Беларуси против преступности»; «Юриспруденция криминального цикла»; «Интегрированные науки криминального цикла в системе юриспруденции Беларуси»; «Теория оперативно-розыскной деятельности» («Оперативно-розыскная деятельность», «Оперативнорозыскная наука Беларуси», «Сыскология в Республике Беларусь»). Предлагается провести анкетирование и интервьюирование научных и практических работников Беларуси, специалистов в области оперативно-розыскного обеспечения раскрытия и расследования преступлений и обсудить результаты в рамках очередной тематической республиканской научно-практической конференции. = Variants of the name: «Law of Belarus against crime»; «criminal Law of the cycle»; «Integrated criminal science cycle in the system of law of Belarus»; «the Theory of operational-investigative activities» («Operational-investigative activity, Operational-investigative science of Belarus,» «Sickology in the Republic of Belarus»). The author substantiates the need to focus attention within the NPS and on the Cathedral theme of traditionalist researchers, as the unforgettable Alexander Shumilov, doctor of law, Professor, who founded and led, until his untimely death, the scientific school of detectives of the Russian Federation, called adherents of the theory of HORDES of ATS. It is proposed to conduct a survey and interviewing of scientific and practical workers of Belarus, specialists in the field of operational and investigative support for the disclosure and investigation of crimes and discuss the results at the Republican scientific and practical conference «Theory and practice of combating crime» in the fourth quarter of this year, 2019.
