Использование ключевых показателей эффективности деятельности в совершенствовании управления образовательной организацией системы органов внутренних дел

Abstract

На основе анализа теоретических и прикладных аспектов рассматриваются вопросы о возможностях и целесообразности использования информационных технологий для оценки эффективности управленческой деятельности в органах внутренних дел. Проанализированы критерии и методы, используемые для оценки управленческого труда, выявлены их преимущества и недостатки. = The introduction of new standards of education and a new system of financial support to improve the quality and competitiveness of education has changed the management system of educational institutions. The new management system includes an assessment of the activities of the educational institution as a whole, its departments and each employee individually. In the article on the basis of the analysis of theoretical and applied aspects the questions of possibility and expediency of use of information technologies for an assessment of efficiency of administrative activity in law-enforcement bodies are considered; the criteria and methods used for the assessment of management work are analyzed, their advantages and disadvantages are revealed.
