Юридическая ответственность: понятие, признаки и соотношение с другими мерами государственного принуждения

Abstract

Проанализировано понятие «юридическая ответственность», рассмотрены ее признаки, принципы, приведено отличие от других мер государственного принуждения. Раскрыты место и значение юридической ответственности среди иных видов социальной ответственности. = Legal liability is one of the fundamental categories of jurisprudence. However, there is no one definition of the concept of legal liability neither in scientific literature nor in the legislation. The category of «legal liability» was the subject of scientific cognition in the Soviet period of development of our state, and it is the subject of scientific cognition at the present time. However, there is much controversy about these issues. The article analyzes the concept of «legal liability», its features, principles; discovers differences between legal liability and other measures of state coercion. The place and importance of legal liability among other types of social liability is shown.
