Субкультура осужденных в исправительных учреждениях Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Рассматриваются современные тенденции взаимоотношений между осужденными в пенитенциарной системе Республики Беларусь; характеризуются различные группы с особенностями их собственной идентификации. На основе эмпирических данных, экспертного мнения специалистов пенитенциарной сферы систематизирована иерархия осужденных, обусловленная уголовно-исполнительной политикой и историческими особенностями ее формирования. Систематизирована структура средств стигматизации осужденных, выделены особенности каждой из неформальных групп. Анализируется вопрос о принципах деления осужденных на касты, группы, «масти» с фиксацией факторов, позволяющих сформировать комплекс отличительных признаков каждой из них. Акцентируется внимание на некоторых особенностях формирования микросреды осужденных в исправительных учреждениях в контексте взаимоотношений между их группами, в том числе в лечебно-трудовых профилакториях, женских исправительных колониях, воспитательных колониях. Предлагается авторское определение понятий «пенитенциарный социум» и «внутренняя пенитенциарная геолокация». = The current trends in the relationship between convicts in the penitentiary system of the Republic of Belarus with the allocation of various groups with the characteristics of their own identifcation are considered. On the basis of empirical data, a sociological survey of employees of the Department for the Execution of Punishments and specialists of the penitentiary sphere, a hierarchy of convicted persons has been systematized, due to the criminal-executive policy of the Republic of Belarus and historical features of the formation. The structure of means of stigmatization of convicts has been systematized, with the identification of features for each of the informal groups. The question of the principles of separation of convicts into castes, groups, “suits” has been studied, highlighting the factors that make it possible to single out the distinctive features of each of them. For the first time, the author’s definitions of the concepts “penitentiary society” and “within penitentiary geolocation” are given. Some features of the formation of the microenvironment of convicts in correctional institutions in the context of the relationship between their groups, including in medical and labor dispensaries, women’s correctional facilities, educational colonies are revealed.
