Системный характер индивидуальной управленческой концепции руководителя

Abstract

Рассматривается индивидуальная управленческая концепция как системное образование. Акцентируется внимание на характеристике данной концепции: ее сущности, структуре, классификации, функциях. Выделяются черты системной и фрагментарной индивидуальной управленческой концепции, как сложного организованного объекта, состоящего из подсистем и подсистемы в системе более высокого порядка. = The article examines the individual management concept as a systemic education. The main attention is paid to the disclosure of the systemic nature of this concept, using parameters such as essence, structure, classification, functions. The characteristic features of the systemic and fragmented individual management concept are revealed. The individual management concept of the head of the internal affairs body is considered as a complexly organized object, consisting, on the one hand, of subsystems, and, on the other hand, entering as a subsystem into a higher order system.
