Современные подходы к пониманию теории субъектов и участников оперативно-розыскной деятельности и их значение для юридической практики

Abstract

Проводится попытка осмысления имеющихся противоречий у субъектов оперативно-розыскной деятельности, требующих самостоятельного разрешения. Рассматриваются подходы возможного развития человеческого потенциала в контексте научной рациональности посредством формирования и развития теории субъектов и участников данной деятельности. = The contradictions of the subjects of the activity have become deeply comprehended in the context of increasing openness and legitimacy of operatively-search activity (hereinafter – OSA), in its improvement of legal regulation, the development of interdisciplinary relations, the integration of scientific knowledge and a certain order of social relations. These contradictions require self-authorization. This article displays the possible approaches to human development in the context of scientific rationality, through the formation and development of the theory of subjects and participants of this activity.
