Особенности профессиональной мотивации руководителей органов внутренних дел

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности профессиональной мотивации в контексте управленческой деятельности руководителей органов внутренних дел. Описаны существующие научные подходы к определению содержания понятий «мотив», «мотивация», «профессиональная мотивация». Выделены и охарактеризованы главные компоненты профессиональной мотивации руководителей органов внутренних дел. = Specific features of the professional motivation in the context of the management activity of the сhiefs’ activity of the Internal Affairs Bodies are considered. The existing scientific approaches to determining the content of the notions «motive», «motivation», «professional motivation» are described. The main components of the professional motivation of the chiefs of the Internal Affairs Bodies are emphasized and characterized.
