Совершенствование порядка исполнения наказания в тюрьмах

Abstract

Рассматривается место тюрем в системе пенитенциарных учреждений Республики Беларусь. Анализируется законодательное становление действующей системы исправительных учреждений. Исследуются категории осужденных, отбывающих наказание в тюрьмах. Выделяются особенности изучаемых учреждений; определяется ряд специфических задач, выполняемых в процессе их функционирования. Акцентируется внимание на проблемных аспектах в деятельности тюрем при реализации целей уголовной ответственности; предлагается авторская формулировка изменений уголовно-исполнительного законодательства в сфере исполнения лишения свободы в тюрьмах. = The place of prisons in the system of penal institutions of the Republic of Belarus is being considered. The legislative development of the current system of correctional institutions is being analyzed. The categories of convicts serving sentences in prisons are being investigated. The features of the studied institutions are highlighted; defines a number of specific tasks performed in the course of their functioning. The attention is focused on the problematic aspects in the activities of prisons in the implementation of the goals. of criminal responsibility; the author’s wording of amendments to the penal legislation in the sphere of the execution of imprisonment in prisons is proposed.
