Процесс исправления осужденных

Abstract

Исследуются теоретические основы организации процесса исправления с позиции юридической науки, пенитенциарной педагогики и психологии. Раскрывается сущность данного процесса, выявляются и анализируются закономерности и пути совершенствования. Акцентируется внимание на процессе исправления осужденных как сложной системе, компоненты которой взаимосвязаны и дополняют друг друга. Подчеркивается, что при организации процесса исправления важная роль отводится собственной активности осужденных. Приводится общая характеристика и предлагается определение процесса исправления осужденных и его компонентов. = The theoretical foundations of the organization of the process of correction from the standpoint of legal science, as well as penitentiary pedagogy and psychology are revealed. The process of correcting convicts is viewed as a complex system, the components of which are interconnected and complement each other. Attention is focused on the fact that in organizing the process of correction, an important role is assigned to the convicts’ own activity. The general characteristics and definitions of the process of correction of convicts, as well as its components, are given. The main regularities of the organization of the correction process and the ways of its improvement are revealed.
