Формирование правового статуса сотрудника органов внутренних дел на территории белорусских земель в XVIII – начале XX в.

Abstract

Проводится исторический и правовой анализ точек зрения регулирования статуса субъектов полицейской деятельности в период вхождения белорусских земель в состав Российской империи = The article provides the historical and legal analysis of the regulation of the status of subjects of police activity during the period of the entry of the Belarusian lands into the Russian Empire. The historically conditioned regularities of the formation of the legal status of an internal affairs officer in that period are formulated in the context of the stages of development of the Belarusian statehood preceding it – the period of the creation and functioning of the first state formations on the territory of modern Belarus and the period of the entry of the Belarusian lands into the Grand Duchy of Lithuania.
