Abstract

Анализируются становление и развитие взглядов на понятие «принципы правового регулирования деятельности органов внутренних дел». Предлагается авторская классификация данных принципов = The formation and development of views on the concept of'principles of legal regulation of the activities of internal affairs agencies' is analyzed, their content is considered. The author’s classification of these principles and their importance for increasing the efficiency of the functioning of the internal affairs bodies is proposed.
