Рассматривается система наказаний несовершеннолетних, особенности отдельных видов наказаний и их размеры = A comparative legal analysis of the norms of the criminal codes of the CIS states – participants regulating the issues of criminal liability of minors is carried out. The system of punishments of minors, the peculiarities of certain types of punishments and their sizes are considered. The directions for improving the criminal legislation in this area are proposed.en_US
