Поддержание социально полезных связей осужденных как необходимый элемент эффективного исполнения наказания в виде лишения свободы

Abstract

Проведен анализ норм международного права, сравнительно-правовой анализ норм уголовно-исполнительного законодательства Республики Беларусь, Российской Федерации, Республики Казахстан, регулирующих общественные отношения в области поддержания осужденными к наказанию в виде лишения свободы социально полезных связей = The article analyzes the norms of law that regulate public relations in the field of the execution of sentences of imprisonment, in particular, which relate to the maintenance of socially useful contacts by convicts. The article provides the analysis of the norms of international law, the comparative legal analysis of the norms of the penal legislation of the Republic of Belarus, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Kazakhstan, which regulate social relations in the field of maintaining socially useful contacts by convicts sentenced to imprisonment. The article proposes the modernization of the norms of the penal legislation of the Republic of Belarus in order to increase the efficiency of the execution of imprisonment.
