| Abstract: | Анализируется опыт зарубежных стран в указанном направлении правоохранительной деятельности, а также предлагается его заимствование = The article focuses on the problematic aspects of law enforcement in compensation for material damage caused by socially dangerous acts. The experience of foreign countries in this direction of law enforcement is analyzed, and its borrowing is also proposed. Conclusions are formulated based on the results of the study of the issues of compensation for material damage caused by crimes. |
