На основе теоретического и эмпирического исследования к числу ведущих функций концепции отнесены: ролевая, мотивационно-смысловая, инструментально-селективная, объяснительная, репрезентативная и прогностическая = The article examines the individual management concept of the head in the system of internal affairs bodies as a systemic education. The main attention is paid to the disclosure of its functional nature. The opinions of scientists on the functioning of this concept are given. Based on theoretical and empirical research, the leading functions of the concept include: role-playing, motivational-semantic, instrumental-selective, explanatory, representative and prognostic.
