Abstract: На основе анализа норм, действующего административно-деликтного и процессуально-исполнительного законодательства Республики Беларусь акцентируется внимание на отдельных проблемных вопросах применения мер административного принуждения = The article examines the legal nature of preventive measures and determines their place in the system of measures of administrative coercion. Some problematic issues of the application of these measures are stressed on the basis of the analysis of the norms of the current administrative delictual and procedural executive legislation of the Republic of Belarus, as well as law-enforcement practice.
