О соотношении оперативного обслуживания и выявления первичной информации (оперативного поиска)

Abstract

Рассмотрено соотношение оперативного обслуживания и деятельности по выявлению признаков преступлений и лиц, их подготавливающих, совершающих или совершивших, и поиску первичной информации о представляющих оперативный интерес лицах и фактах. Акцентируется внимание на том, что несмотря на наличие ряда сходных аспектов, сравнение целей рассматриваемых видов деятельности указывает на то, что данные понятия различны по своей сущности. Выявленные критерии различия относятся к цели и характеру сведений, получаемых в ходе рассматриваемых видов деятельности. Приведено авторское толкование связанной с ними спорной оперативно-розыскной ситуации = The ratio of operative service and activities to detect signs of crimes and persons preparing, committing or committed them as well as search for primary information about persons and facts of operative interest are considered. The author’s interpretation of the controversial detective situation related to them is given.
