Abstract

Излагаются формы проявления нерационального агрессивного поведения сотрудников органов внутренних дел, перечисляются их внутренние и внешние причины. Рассматриваются основные направления профилактики такого поведения, включая формирование гуманистической позиции и коммуникативной = The irrational manifestations of aggressive behavior of police officers, their internal and external causes are described. Basic strategies for prevention of such behavior, including formation of humanistic position and communicative competence of officers, rational algorithm of influence in different situations of legal character as well as algorithm of reduction of personal and situational preconditions of aggressive behavior are viewed.
