Медиация как посредничество в разрешении споров

Abstract

Рассматриваются теоретико-правовые вопросы и организационно-практические задачи в связи с принятием закона Республики Беларусь «О медиации». Сквозь призму опыта Российской Федерации исследуются возможности расширения практики досудебного разбирательства споров, становления и развития служб медиации в административно-территориальных единицах страны, прежде всего в Минске и областных центрах, крупных городах и районах. = The article deals with theoretical-legal issues and organizational and practical tasks in connection with the adoption of the Law of the Republic of Belarus «On mediation.» Through the prism of experience of the Russian Federation explores the possibilities for expanding the practice of pre-trial settlements of disputes, formation and development of the mediation service in administrative-territorial units of the country, especially in Minsk and regional centers, large cities and areas.
