Психолого-диагностический подход к оценке степени исправления осужденных

Abstract

Представлен подход к оценке степени исправления осужденного на основе психологической диагностики его личностной готовности к правопослушному образу жизни. Изложена структурная модель такой готовности как системы психологических свойств. Определена последовательность диагностических задач по изучению и оценке указанной готовности у конкретного индивида, отмечены основные способы диагностики психологических свойств. = The article presents the approach to the estimate of the degree of correction of a convict on the basis of psychological diagnosis of his personal readiness for law-abiding lifestyle.
