Об организации индивидуально-профилактической работы с лицами, требующими повышенного внимания со стороны полиции (на примере УМВД России по Тамбовской области)

Abstract

На примере УМВД России по Тамбовской области рассматривается положительный опыт распределения нагрузки в сфере профилактики между участковыми уполномоченными полиции и иными сотрудниками других подразделений и служб органов внутренних дел, который позволил эффективно решить вопрос взаимодействия сотрудников полиции при проведении профилактической работы с лицами, требующими повышенного внимания со стороны полиции. = Currently, a lot of attention is paid to the issues of crime prevention in the Russian Federation, in particular to the work with people that make up the so-called risk group – persons possessing preventive interest. According to the statutory acts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Russian Federation, the main preventive work is entrusted to the district officer of police, who has close contact with the inhabitants of the attended administrative area and is able to apply quickly certain preventive measures and administrative impact on persons of the stated category. The authors have examined the positive experience of load distribution in the prevention sphere among district officers of police and employees of the other departments and services of the Ministry of the Interior, for example, the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Russia in Tambov region, which has effectively solve the problem of the police employees interaction during preventive work with persons requiring increased attention from the police.
