Ответственность родителей за уклонение от уплаты алиментов в пользу несовершеннолетних детей

Abstract

Родители обязаны заботиться о своих несовершеннолетних детях. Одной из форм защиты прав ребенка являются алиментные правоотношения. В случае уклонения от содержания своих несовершеннолетних детей родители могут привлекаться к различным видам юридической ответственности. Статья посвящена некоторым вопросам совершенствования законодательства, регулирующего алиментные правоотношения в отношении несовершеннолетних детей, и практики его реализации в Республике Беларусь. = Parents are obliged to take care of their minor children. One of the forms of protection of the rights of the child are the alimony legal relations. In case of evasion of the content of their minor children, the parents can be involved in various types of legal responsibility. The article is devoted to some issues of improvement of the legislation regulating the maintenance of legal relations in respect of minors, and the practice of its implementation in the Republic of Belarus.
