Сыскология в Республике Беларусь: нужно творчески осмыслить и обсудить

Abstract

Обсуждены некоторые вопросы, относящиеся к реализации положений теории и практики оперативно-розыскной, контрразведывательной, частной детективной деятельности и других видов профессионального сыска, составляющие специализацию журнала «Оперативник (сыщик)». В частности, показано современное состояние разработанности инноваций в области оперативно-розыскной деятельности в Республике Беларусь, обобщены мнения ученых, законодателей и практических работников оперативных подразделений о будущем сыска, сыскных теорий, включая новую формирующуюся науку – сыскологию, активно разрабатываемую учеными России, Украины, Азербайджана, а также министром внутренних дел Республики Таджикистан. = Discussed several issues related to the implementation of the theory and practice of operational and investigative, counterintelligence, private detective work, and other professional investigation, specialized components of the magazine «O (sy)». In particular, we show the current state of innovation in the elaboration of operational-search activity in the Republic of Belarus, summarizes the views of scientists, policymakers, and practitioners of operational units of the future investigation, detective theories, including the new emerging the science of investigation actively being developed by Russian and Ukrainian scientists, as well as Azerbaijan Republic, the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan.
