Abstract

Аналізуюцца асноўныя этапы развіцця юрыдычнай навукі і адукацыі на тэрыторыі Беларусі, якія звязаны з дзейнасцю Віленскага ўніверсітэта. Разглядаюцца найбольш значныя труды вучоных універсітэта XVII – першай трэці XIX ст., якія ўплывалі на фарміраванне і развіццё айчыннай і еўрапейскай юрыдычная навукі. = In article the basic stages of development of the jurisprudence and the education on the territory of Belarus connected with the activity of the University of Vilno are analyzed. The most significant works of scientists of the University of the XVII – the first thirds of the XIX centuries which influenced the formation and development of the jurisprudence of our country and the European jurisprudence are considered.
