Татуировки в местах лишения свободы как элемент тюремной субкультуры: история и современность

Abstract

Исследуются татуировки как элемент тюремной субкультуры в местах лишения свободы. На основе теоретического анализа специальной литературы, комплексного изучения действующего законодательства, а также проведенной эмпирической части исследования – интервьюирования и анкетировании осужденных и лиц, содержащихся под стражей, а также сотрудников уголовно-исполнительной системы МВД Республики Беларусь – проводится сравнительный анализ распространенности татуировок в местах лишения свободы, мотивов их нанесения осужденными, а также их отношения к татуировкам в прошлом и настоящем. = The article is devoted to investigation of the problem of tattoo as an element of subculture in correctional establishments of the penal system. On the grounds of theoretic analysis of special literature, complex study of the legislation in use, and also the empiric study of the research – interviewing and questionnaire of convicted people and persons who are under the arrest as well as personnel of the correctional system of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Belarus, the comparative analysis is made of the extent to which tattoo has spread in correctional establishments, the motives of their usage by convicted persons and their attitude to the tattoo in the past and the present.
