Принципы и задачи административно-деликтного исполнительного процесса

Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы, связанные с определением принципов и задач административно-деликтного исполнительного процесса, делаются выводы, что наименование принципов исполнения административных взысканий в наименовании ст. 14.5 ПИКоАП подменено наименованием принципов законодательства, а задачи исполнения административных взысканий как таковые до настоящего времени не разработаны. После проведения соответствующих исследований, вносится предложение изменить наименование ст. 14.5 ПИКоАП и дополнить ее рядом принципов. = The problems connected with the definition of principles and tasks of administrative delict executive process are considered, the conclusions are made that the designation of principles of execution of administrative penalties of the Art. 14.5 Code of Administrative Execution Procedure of the Republiс of Belarus is changed by the designation of principles of legislature and the tasks of execution of administrative penalties as such have not been developed. The proposal to change the designation of Art. 5 Code of Administrative Execution Procedure of the Republiс of Belarus and admit it by a number of principles after carrying out of the corresponding research.
