Abstract

Рассматривается институт изменения условий отбывания лишения свободы в качестве одного из основных элементов прогрессивной системы исполнения наказания. Анализируется роль реализации принципа дифференциации исполнения наказания в процессе исполнения лишения свободы. = The article examines the institution of changing the conditions of serving the deprivation of liberty as one of the main elements of the progressive system of execution of punishment.
