Основные тенденции развития прав ребенка в новом тысячелетии

Abstract

Анализируется современное состояние международных договоров и национального законодательства Беларуси в области реализации и защиты прав ребенка. Исследование положений международных договоров в области прав ребенка позволило разработать этапы развития международного сотрудничества в рассматриваемом направлении. Рассматривается вопрос взаимосвязи детства с устойчивым развитием белорусского государства, который прослеживается в положениях об обеспечении приоритетности охраны здоровья матери и ребенка как фундаментальной основы здоровья нации и вопрос о возрастании роли человеческого капитала как важного ресурса инновационного развития страны, что предусматривает обеспечение высокого уровня жизни, здоровья, развития, образования каждого ребенка. Обозначены основные тенденции развития прав ребенка на современном этапе развития общественных отношений. = The article examines the current state of international treaties and national legislation of Belarus in the field of implementation and protection of the rights of the child. The study of the provisions of international treaties in the field of the rights of the child has made it possible to develop stages in the development of international cooperation in this area. Based on the analysis of the provisions of the national strategy for sustainable socio-economic development of the Republic of Belarus until 2030, it was found that the question of the relationship of childhood with the sustainable development of the Belarusian state is traced in the provisions on ensuring the priority of maternal and child health as a fundamental basis of the health of the nation and the increasing role of human capital as an important resource of innovative development of the country, which provides for ensuring a high standard of living, health, development, education of every child. The basic tendencies of development of the rights of the child at the present stage of development of public relations are revealed.
