Уголовная ответственность за нарушение правил охраны труда

Abstract

Рассматривается вопрос уголовной ответственности руководителей и иных должностных лиц организаций за невыполнение правил охраны труда. Отмечается актуальность проблемы соответствующих нарушений несмотря на постепенное снижение уровня производственного травматизма. Заявленная тема иллюстрируется примерами из судебной практики. = The article deals with the criminal liability of managers and other officials of enterprises and organizations for failure to comply with labor protection rules, which entails consequences such as occupational disease of the employee, causing him serious or less serious bodily harm, or death. At the same time, the author noted that the problem of these violations remains up to date, despite a gradual decline in the level of industrial injuries. Examples are given from the judicial practice in criminal cases on crimes provided for in Article 306 of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Belarus.
