Ювенальная юстиция в аспекте исторического анализа

Abstract

Рассматриваются исторические аспекты формирования института ювенальной юстиции, указываются различные подходы к данной теме. Освещаются вопросы ее регламентации различными правовыми системами, процесс разработки моделей ювенальной юстиции и т. д. Обосновывается необходимость проведения всесторонних и глубоких исследований закономерностей и тенденций развития молодого поколения с учетом объективного анализа социальных условий и процессов, оказывающих влияние на формирование сознания и поведение детей и подростков, их жизнедеятельность. Подчеркивается роль инициативы государства и общества, должностных лиц и общественности в обеспечении здорового будущего детей. Называются на основе сравнительно-правового исследования национального законодательства и следственно-судебной практики ведущих стран мира типичные образцы (модели) ювенальной юстиции в мировых масштабах. = The article is devoted to historical aspects of the formation of the institute of juvenile justice, on its regulation of various legal systems, the development of models of juvenile justice, etc. The world practice shows that the implementation of child protection problems is impossible without carrying out comprehensive and in-depth studies of patterns and trends in the development of the younger generation, without an objective analysis of the social conditions and processes that have an impact on the formation of consciousness and behavior of children and adolescents, their livelihoods. And the important role played by the state in this initiative and the public, officials and the public to ensure a healthy future for our children. The history of the development of the concept of juvenile courts shows that there are various approaches to this issue, as described in this article.
