Об административно-деликтном праве и его месте в правовой системе Республики Беларусь

Abstract

Рассматривается место и роль административно-деликтного права в системе административного законодательства. Анализируется мнение ученых-правоведов по данному вопросу. Представлены основные характеристики административно-деликтного права. Предлагаются выводы по определению административно-деликтного права в правовой системе Республики Беларусь, а также выводы по его соотношению с административным правом. = In the proposed article, a scientific analysis of the new, of interest and differinf in the controversial nature of legal phenomena – administrative and tort law. In the process of preparing the work, the author has studied the scientific material and legislation of the Republic of Belarus devoted to administrative and tort law, and reflects the attitude of administrative scientists to the object under study. The results of the research became conclusions related to the definition of administrative and tort law in the legal system of the Republic of Belarus, its correlation with administrative law, as well as the corresponding author's deffination.
