Организационно-правовые аспекты влияния визового режима на туризм и пути его совершенствования

Abstract

Исследуются вопросы существующих визовых режимов в странах Европейского союза, Содружества Независимых Государств и Республики Беларусь. Предлагается к рассмотрению авторская оценка влияния визового режима на развитие въездного и внутреннего туризма, а также позиция (предложение) по упрощению визового режима между Республикой Беларусь и ЕС и созданию единого туристического пространства для стран СНГ и единой визы по схеме шенгенской = The issues of the existing visa regime in the countries of the European Union, the Union of Independent States and the Republic of Belarus are being investigated. It is proposed to consider the author's assessment of the impact of the visa regime on the development of inbound and domestic tourism, as well as the position on simplifying the visa regime between the Republic of Belarus and the EU, and the creation of a single tourist space for the Union of Independent States and a single Schengen visa.
