Изучение трудового права: использование междисциплинарного подхода

Abstract

Рассматриваются особенности использования междисциплинарного подхода при изучении основных институтов трудового права. Акцентируется внимание на значении междисциплинарного подхода для формирования высокого уровня профессиональной правовой культуры юриста. Подчеркивается значимость междисциплинарности в юридическом образовании и необходимость формирования гибкого правового сознания специалиста в юридической сфере для обеспечения конкурентности на рынке труда. Демонстрируется значение изучения трудовых правоотношений для практической деятельности различных правоохранительных органов. = The article considers the features of using an interdisciplinary approach in the study of the main institutions of labor law. The article analyzes the importance of an interdisciplinary approach for the formation of a high level of professional legal culture of a lawyer. Extensive use of interdisciplinarity in legal education allows to form a more flexible legal consciousness of a specialist in the legal field, who can compete more successfully in the labor market, easily change the scope of law enforcement activities, and solve complex analytical problems in a non-standard way. Based on the study of the possibilities of using an interdisciplinary approach in the study of individual institutions of labor law, the author demonstrates the importance of studying labor relations for the practical activities of various law enforcement agencies.
