Индивидуальная управленческая концепция руководителя: генезис понятия

Abstract

Рассматриваются истоки формирования понятия «индивидуальная управленческая концепция руководителя» и особенности определений этого понятия у различных авторов. Проанализированы позиции четырнадцати авторов, изучавших данный психологический феномен. Перечислены позиции-представления, составляющие основу управленческой концепции руководителя. Обосновывается авторское понимание исследуемого понятия. = The sources of the formation of the concept of «individual managerial concept of the leader» and the features of the definitions of various authors of this concept are considered. The positions of fourteen authors who studied this psychological phenomenon are analyzed. The positions-representations that make up the basis of the managerial concept of the leader are listed. The author’s understanding of the concept of an individual managerial concept is substantiated.
