Категория и понятие «государственный контроль»: отдельные вопросы полисемии и использования в правовой литературе

Abstract

В рамках существующей научной дискуссии исследуются понятия «государственный контроль» и «контроль». Рассматриваются многозначность и полисемичность его понятийных форм. Анализируются вопросы генезиса понятия «государственный контроль» как государственно-правового явления, его внутренние и внешние изменения, трансформация основных целей и задач. Обосновывается ряд заключений относительно природы государственного контроля как разновидности контроля. Предложены авторские подходы к формулировке рассматриваемых понятий = In this article, within the current scientific discussion explores the concept of «state control» and «control».
