Классификация способов совершения грабежей, способы сокрытия следов преступления и уклонения от ответственности в современных условиях

Abstract

Акцентируется внимание на исследовании способов совершения грабежей для эффективного противодействия им в современных условиях. Рассматриваются полноструктурные способы преступления и совершаемые без подготовительных действий. Отмечается прямая зависимость способа совершения грабежа от возникшей ситуации, места происходящих событий, вида похищаемого имущества, лица, в отношении которого совершается преступление, лица, совершающего преступление. Описываются способы сокрытия следов преступления и уклонения от ответственности. Выдвигается авторская точка зрения об оптимизации разведывательно-поисковой деятельности по установлению лица, совершившего грабеж, и нахождению похищенного имущества с учетом знания способа совершения грабежа на основе имеющейся оперативно значимой информации. = Effective counteraction of robberies in modern conditions involves a particular study of the way they are committed. There is a suggestion that the commission of robberies involves both full-structured methods of crimes and those committed without preparatory actions. The article specifies that the method of committing robbery is directly dependent on the current situation, the scene, the type of property stolen, the person who the crime is committed against, the person who commits the crime. The methods of crime traces concealing and evading responsibility are also disclosed in the article. It is concluded that understanding of robbery committing principles on the basis of available operational information optimizes intelligence and search activities aimed at identifying the person who committed the robbery and tracking the stolen property.
