Abstract

Рассматриваются вопросы, связанные с исчислением выслуги лет государственной службы сотрудникам ОВД. Сформулированы предложения по решению коллизионных вопросов исходя из правового статуса сотрудников ОВД, занимаемых в соответствии с организационно-штатным расписанием должностей, а также осуществления правоохранительных функций. = The article is devoted to the questions that arise in the system of the Ministry of internal Affairs in the calculation of years of employment of state service for law enforcement officials. The proposals for the solution of conflicting questions based on the legal status of law enforcement officials held in accordance with the organizational and staffing positions, as well as the implementation of law enforcement functions are formulated.
