Коррупционные преступления против интересов службы в уголовном законодательстве Беларуси советского и постсоветского периодов

Abstract

Рассматривается история развития правовых норм, устанавливающих ответственность за коррупционные преступления против интересов службы, в уголовном законодательстве Беларуси советского и постсоветского периодов. Прослеживается процесс развития коррупционных преступлений против интересов службы в прошлом и возможные особенности их развития в будущем. Акцентируется внимание на особенностях развития исследуемых норм. Представлены выводы о наличии специфических признаков, позволяющих объединить эти преступления в одну группу. = The article examines the history of the development in the criminal legislation of Belarus of the Soviet and post-Soviet periods of legal norms establishing responsibility for corruption crimes against the interests of the service. The process of development of corruption crimes against the interests of the service in the past and possible features of their development in the future are shown. The conducted historical and legal analysis made it possible to identify not only the peculiarities of the development of the studied norms, but also to draw conclusions about the presence of specific features that make it possible to combine these crimes into one group.
