Психические расстройства различной нозологической формы и преступное поведение лиц с психическими расстройствами

Abstract

Исследуются психические расстройства различной нозологической формы и преступное поведение лиц с психическими расстройствами. Выделяются наиболее распространенные нозологические формы психических расстройств лиц, содержащихся в учреждениях уголовно-исполнительной системы Республики Беларусь. Акцентируется внимание на высокой распространенности и криминогенной значимости психических расстройств, их влиянии на преступное поведение лиц с психическими расстройствами, что важно учитывать при противодействии преступности лиц с психическими расстройствами, в случае сомнения в психическом здоровье подозреваемого, обвиняемого, а также с целью определения его индивидуально-психологических особенностей и их влияния на способность к осознанно-волевой регуляции своего поведения во время совершения инкриминируемого общественно опасного деяния. Подчеркивается необходимость использовать возможности комплексной судебной психолого-психиатрической экспертизы. = Mental disorders of various nosological forms and criminal behavior of persons with mental disorders are investigated. Based on the results of the study, the most common nosological forms of mental disorders of persons detained in institutions of the penal system of the Republic of Belarus were identified. Taking into account the high prevalence and criminogenic significance of mental disorders, their influence on the criminal behavior of persons with mental disorders, in order to increase the effectiveness of combating crime of persons with mental disorders, in case of doubt about the mental health of the suspect, the accused, as well as in order to determine his individual psychological features and their influence on the ability to consciously-volitional regulation of their behavior during the commission of an alleged socially dangerous act, it is concluded that it is necessary for law enforcement officers to use more extensively the possibilities of a complex forensic psychological and psychiatric examination.
