Abstract

Рассматриваются проблемы становления правовых основ деятельности милиции БССР в 20–30-х гг. ХХ в. Анализируются первые национальные нормативные акты, регламентирующие структуру и правовое положение милиции БССР. Акцентируется внимание на исследовании проблемы становления милиции как военизированного органа с определенными правами и обязанностями. = The article is devoted to the study of the problems of formation of the legal foundations of the activities of the BSSR militia in the 1920-1930s. The article analyzes the first national regulations governing the structure and legal status of the BSSR militia. At the same time, special attention is paid to the study of the problem of the formation of the militia as a militarized body, with certain rights and responsibilities.
