О субъектах административной юрисдикции

Abstract

Выдвигаются авторские понятия «административно-юрисдикционная деятельность», «субъект административной юрисдикции». Предлагается новая классификация субъектов, осуществляющих административно-юрисдикционную деятельность.=The article analyzes the scientific literature and legislation of the Republic of Belarus concerned the issues of administrative jurisdiction, its content, essence, as well as the subjects engaged in administrative and jurisdictional activities. The following author’s concepts are proposed: “administrative and jurisdictional activity”, “subject of administrative jurisdiction”. A new classification of subjects engaged in administrative and jurisdictional activities is proposed, which can become the basis for further clarification of the competencies of the studied state bodies and their possible optimization. Attention is focused on the control and supervisory bodies, and proposals are made to improve their administrative and jurisdictional activities.
